Hispanic Heritage Celebration

Exploring Shared Rhythms of Spain and Latin America

For the third year in a row, La Candela Flamenco presents its biggest show of the year—join this Atlanta tradition!

Guided by a storyteller, this captivating performance draws the audience into the vibrant world of flamenco, uncovering its roots in Spain and the Latin American influences that have shaped its evolution. Featuring New York City–based flamenco guitarist Ricardito Sánchez, along with dynamic dance, evocative music, and engaging narration, the show highlights flamenco’s ability to transcend borders, reflecting the interconnectedness of cultures and the exchange of artistic traditions. Audiences are invited to experience the rhythm, passion, and emotion of flamenco while reflecting on its complex histories and shared cultural threads that continue to inspire and resonate today.
